Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and be proud of how it is part of a bigger story to improve education and health in challenging environments. Our products are handmade, artisan goods that are not easily reproduced, therefore all refunds, returns, or exchanges are decided on a case-by-case basis.
A request for a refund, return, or exchange can be made by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will consider items for a refund or return based on a written concern. If you find an item is unsatisfactory, you will need to provide a written explanation before we consider a return or return. Please keep the written description of the item in mind. Color, pattern, stitching, and other variations and irregularities are considered part of the charm of handmade items. If you are not satisfied but the item matches the description, we are not responsible for a refund.
All requests for a refund, return, or exchange must be made within 14 days of purchase.
